Hi had the identical issue with my friends 2014/MY15 SRT down in sydney Australia. Maybe I’m meant to buy another vehicle? 🙊 🤷🏻♀️ 😂 I’ve tried soft/hard resets, removed the applicable fuse and inspected (was fine), I’ve read every forum there is on here as well as googling the **** out of this topic and I’m still here listening to crap radio … helpppppp me.ītw I’m in Australia, Ive also phoned Jeep Australia as advised by the Jeep staff on this forum … no joy at all! If I plug USB cord into first port it doesn’t play via iPod (it previously did). The Bluetooth is working, can make phone calls, just can’t connect Bluetooth media. Unfortunately it’s no longer under warranty 😢
Took back to Jeep, advised that there wasn’t a software update (none since 2018) and that I will need to take back for entire day for further diagnostics and worse case scenario, change of system. Have taken it to Jeep as the last resort and they said it was all good to go, hopped in my car (enthusiastic about playing my tunes) only to be disappointed that nothing had changed.
