There is one thing we never joke about, though, and that is the failure rates for the Nevada permit test.
We can jape of many things: the lines at the DMV, the drivers handbook that looks like it was written in 1902 and some dumb driving laws that should have been deprecated and forgotten ages ago, like the law that forbids riding a camel on a highway (there is really a law that forbids that!).
